I am a certified trainer with 5+ years of experience that holds the National Academy Of Sports Medicine (NASM) qualifications. One of my qualifications includes Performance Enhancement Specialist (PES); where I work with improving clientele’s overall mobility, agility, speed, coordination and overall performance. Whether that be within a sport, recreational exercise or just in daily life. My next qualification is the Mixed Martial Arts Conditioning Specialist (MMACS), this is where I work with more specific clients who want to compete (amateur/pro) or just lose weight through martial arts in the form of boxing, kickboxing, muay Thai, wrestling, Brazilian jujitsu, and judo.
