Effective Date: January 01, 2026

Welcome to the Pellea Fitness Rewards Program. Our Rewards Program recognizes and rewards members for participating in the Pellea Fitness community through eligible activities such as booking lessons, making purchases, referrals, and other promotional opportunities.

Participation in the Rewards Program is subject to the following terms.

1. Eligibility

The Rewards Program is available to registered Pellea Fitness members who are 18 years of age or older.
Membership is free. Simply create and activate a Pellea Fitness account to begin earning Reward Points.
The Rewards Program is not available to individuals under the age of 18.

2. Earning Reward Points

Eligible members may earn Reward Points through qualifying activities, including:

Booking eligible swim lessons
Completing purchases
Participating in promotions or events
Referring new members (where applicable)
Other activities designated by Pellea Fitness

The number of Reward Points awarded for each activity is determined solely by Pellea Fitness and may be modified at any time.

3. Ranks & Achievement Badges

Reward Points contribute toward:

User Rank Levels
Achievement Badges
Eligibility for promotions, contests, and future rewards

Ranks and Achievement Badges are recognition features only and have no cash value.

4. Redeeming Reward Points

Reward Points may be redeemed toward eligible purchases made through the Pellea Fitness platform.

Unless otherwise stated:

Reward Points may be applied to up to 5% of an eligible purchase.
Reward Points cannot be redeemed for cash.
Reward Points cannot be transferred, sold, or assigned.

If an eligible purchase is refunded, any Reward Points redeemed during that transaction will generally be returned to the member’s account in accordance with Pellea Fitness’s Cancellations and Refunds Policy.

5. Vendor Participation

By offering products or services on the Pellea Fitness platform, Vendors acknowledge that eligible members may redeem Reward Points for up to 5% of qualifying purchases.

Vendors may not refuse eligible Reward Point redemptions that comply with this policy.

6. Point Expiry

Reward Points remain active while your account remains in good standing.

Reward Points will expire if:

Your account has no qualifying activity for 24 consecutive months, or
Your Pellea Fitness account is permanently closed or terminated.

Expired Reward Points cannot be reinstated.

7. Account Inactivity

Accounts with no purchases, bookings, or other qualifying activity for two (2) consecutive years may be removed from the Rewards Program.

Any unused Reward Points, Rank Levels, and Achievement Badges may be forfeited.

8. Prize Contests

Pellea Fitness may periodically offer contests, giveaways, or promotional rewards.

Eligibility may depend on:

Reward Point totals
Rank Level
Achievement Badges
Account standing
Other published eligibility requirements

Additional rules may apply to specific promotions.

9. Non-Transferability

Reward Points, Rank Levels, Achievement Badges, and related benefits:

Have no cash value;
Cannot be sold, transferred, assigned, or exchanged; and
Cannot be inherited.

10. Fraud & Misuse

Pellea Fitness reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account if it reasonably believes that:

Reward Points were obtained fraudulently;
Accounts were manipulated;
Multiple accounts were created to gain additional rewards, or
These terms or program rules were violated.

Improperly earned Reward Points or benefits may be removed without notice.

11. Program Changes

Pellea Fitness may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Rewards Program at any time, including changes to:

Reward Point values
Earning opportunities
Redemption rules
Rank Levels
Achievement Badges
Eligibility requirements

Unless otherwise stated, changes become effective immediately upon publication.

12. Program Cancellation

Pellea Fitness reserves the right to end the Rewards Program at any time.

If the program is discontinued, all unused Reward Points, Rank Levels, Achievement Badges, and promotional eligibility may expire immediately unless Pellea Fitness announces otherwise.

13. Privacy

Participation in the Rewards Program is also governed by the Pellea Fitness Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

14. Acceptance of These Terms

By participating in the Pellea Fitness Rewards Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Rewards Program Policy, as amended from time to time.
