With over 5 years of coaching experience and a strong academic foundation in Sports Sciences (Bachelor’s degree and Diploma, both completed with a 4.0 GPA), they combine scientific understanding with hands-on coaching expertise. Fully certified through the Lifesaving Society of Canada as a National Lifeguard, Lifesaving Instructor, and Swim Instructor, you can trust you’re learning from a knowledgeable, safety-focused professional.

Services include personalized private 1-on-1 swim lessons and semi-private sessions designed for friends or small groups. Instruction is available for all ages and skill levels, with a strong specialty in beginner swimmers, water confidence building, and foundational technique development. Lessons can also focus on stroke refinement, endurance, and safety skills, depending on your goals.
